In Windows 10, you can change your default apps by pressing the Start
key to search, typing, "Default apps," and pressing enter on the result
that says something like, "Default Apps settings." The screen will show
you your current defaults. Tab to Web or Firefox, press enter, and
select your new default browser. Remember that Edge is not accessible.

About Excel, I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you asking about how
to create a formula so you can add up the numbers? If yes, ...

Let's say the numbers are in Column E, and they go from Row 2 to Row 20.
The formula is

=sum(E2:e20)
