As well, per USCID conference call this morning, there is a 
possibility that the Obama administration will hold analogous 
listening sessions about ratifying the CRPD.  An inter-agency review 
has begun; a draft package is anticipated in the spring (what the 
Senate might be asked to approve, including a 50 state analysis).
