Six has been open every day for about 2 weeks here. Nothing super, but we
had a number of JA's one afternoon. I did also work into the Maritime
provinces of Canada on two occasions, so I guess that it wasn't all that
bad. I can really notice the difference between my 9 element M Square and
my old 5 element one. Feeding it with LMR900 doesn't hurt either.

Subject: Great 6 Meter Opening
I made 19 contacts on 6 meters in a bit over an hour this evening.
There were 13 on CW, and 7 on SSB.
I would have made more, but had to wait for the thunderstorms to get
out of here.
The band is still open, but it has shifted away from me to the point
that most of the signals are now in the noise.
