I never said anyone's wrong for doing it a different way but power poles
work for me. Also the RACES station I work from is setup with power poles as
is my go kit, the club station for the club I belong to, and most of my
friends' stations so we can swap things around all we want, anyone doing
anything different and wanting to come in to our stations has to make an
adapter or use one of the spare cords I have made up for all common radios
to power poles. I don't care what anyone else does if it works for them,
great I'm still putting electrical tape on my negative wires, still using
power poles because it works for me and changing now wouldn't even make
sense. I'm sure those doing something different, if they never had a
problem, it makes no sense for them to change either, it's just too much
work for something that works anyway.
