No, Bob, not really.  I can't use zoom text, so I can't help you.  But you
could try logging in again with your new password and see what happens.  You
might even be able to get one more to your liking if you don't like the one
they gave you.  Good luck.

I just can't negotiate the FCC site even when I have their support on the 
telephone.  The lady said to look for Quick Links, on the right side of my 
screen but I can't find it.  Don't have JAWS.  I use Zoomtext and the Tab 
and went through it twice.
She will guide me through process if I can get to that point.  On my own, I 
learned that I did not apply for a password at the time I got my FRN 10 
years or so ago.  I did apply for a password today and they gave me a 
personal question to use when I get to that point but too frustrated and 
upset with my lack of success to keep on today. Any suggestions?
