I totally agree.  We should be honest enough to obey the rules or find

Yes we are, and that to me gets down to a question of why certain people
feel the rules don't apply to them.

In one of my classes, I'm now dealing with a few students who take just
this attitude, and it makes it difficult for everyone.

The rules exist for a reason, don't they?
