For those of us here in the States, 40 phone is not very fun.  Many stations 
will work transceive in the 7125 to 7200 range.  Others will work split, 
typically receiving above 7200 and transmitting below 7100.  You will have 
the advantage of being in a reasonably rare province, VO1.  But if you were 
around for daytime operation, I would advise going to the higher bands, 
also.  You have another advantage, being able to work phone on frequencies 
where U.S. amateurs cannot operate.  Good luck, whatever you do.

Anyone gonna play in this contest?
It's the 1st weekend in March and I'm getting all geared up and can't wait.
I'll be a Rookie, single op single band. Can't go all band as my vertical
is a Compromize on 160 and I'll only hurt my score with no QSOs on that
