Jim, try this, but for it to work, you have to set winamp to classic view.
Press alt-f, and you should have a menu that you can arrow down through. 
Choose the options pull down, and under "skins" choose winamp classic.
That should work better.
In that long menu, their is a choice for "winamp library" changing the skin 
aught to make it work better.
