Hi Tom,
Well, I am not sure about the key conflict. However, I recall that I
prefer to use control M to send and receive. In windows live mail, this
command did not exist. Thus, I went in to the JAWS keyboard manager and
created a control M command. Smile.

God bless,
Mark and my beautiful wife Noella

    Lloyd:

That's the thing that really confuses me at this point.

Alt S works on both my work laptop and work PC. They each have Windows 7,
and Outlook 2010.

Here at home, with this particular Windows 7 PC, Alt S does absolutely
nothing. In other words, the message stays as is, and goes nowhere.

The only thing I can think of is that somehow, there might be a conflicting
command for another application, but I can't imagine what it might be, or
how to dtermine whether the conflict exists.

It's just very strange.
