Software maintainence agreement.
Window-eyes sells them, so you can buy major upgrades in advance.  This
gives you some cost certaintity.  They also have an installment purchase
plan for their software.  One other clever thing that they do, is give you
an optional keyboard layout that uses familiar Jaws keys.  This aids in the
transition from jaws to window-eyes.
