I don't have access to my keyer, it's on its way back from Ontario and it'll take about a week. 
The plug on my paddles is a 1/4 and is a little rough with the soldering job. Lol 
The tech at the store tested everything and the keyer is fine. 
I'll take the cable off the paddles and test that side when the keyer arrives.
