Howard, I am having the same problem as Tom with bing. Under IE9 I find
everything just as you stated in your e-mail but I am using IE10 now and I
cannot find it unless I go back to IE9. I have checked the startup menu
and every place I can think of including the past windows updates. I am
thinking of going in the computer repair shop when I am downtown and ask
the technician if he can give me a clue as to where to look.

  Howard:

I can get to the Internet Explorer tools menu, and to the place where it
asks me to set my internet search options, but don't know what to do from
there.

Plus, I'm not sure how to stop Windows from re-installing Bing whenever my
next Windows Automatic Update occurs.

I just want to get rid of the Bing thing once and for all, because it's
really creating problems here.
