In honor of those who gave their lives on 9/11, a special net will be called
beginning at 9pm tonight, September 11, 2013, by the Metro Atlanta District
Amateur Radio Emergency Service. Jim Millsap, WB4NWS will be Net Control.
The "Special 9/11 Net" will be conducted using 3 modes of communications. 
You can check in to the net via an email or via Winlink, sent to address of
[log in to unmask] , via ham radio with Echolink node 593209 / WB4NWS-R, or
by ham radio on 145.430mhz, minus offset (tx 144.830), 107.2hz PL tone. 
 
Agenda is:
 
2100hrs - Net is called with short preamble and check in instructions
2111hrs - 1 minute of silence in remembrance 2112hrs - Net check in's 1.
ARRL HQ's check in's 2. ARRL Section and District Officers 3. ARES EC's and
AEC's 4. Echolink check in's 5. Repeater check in's in order of: Alpha,
Kilo, November, Whiskey
6. Winlink check in's will be recognized
