Yes, some of the TV rotors have the older point-and-turn knob.  Most of the 
newer ones don't.

I wouldn't try to turn anything heavier than that beam, if you want to turn 
an hf tribander, even the junior models you are really pushing the outer 
limits of a TV rotor.
