Hi Eric,

Unfortunately, I've no experience of either scanner. I'm sure we could get
the missing bits in the manual recorded, but it's possibly the old story of
some blind person taking the chance on accessibility without the benefit of
much needed information<smile>.

No sign of any Yupiteru on the ML&S site...

Best wishes, Kelvin Marsh - M0AID

Hi Kelvin,
I am considering getting a new all-band scanner.

This Alinco named in the subject line sounds promising.

Has anyone done a manual for it or a tutorial either as an MS Word file or
an MP3 file.

I downloaded the pdf manual and converted to a so-called accessible text
file.

The problem is it does not really describe the keys.

When a key description is given it is skipped or deleted in the translation
to a text file.

I am also considering one of the Yupiteru scanners.
These are not currently sold in the USA.

Do you know if ML&S sells them?

Thanks for any help,

73,

Eric
