Hi Gery,
Another radio with HF plus 6m and 2m is the Icom IC-7400. Recently
discontinued, but accessible apart from the memories. The most accessible
radio for the bands from 160 to 70cm and multi-mode is the TS-2000, and the
memories are voiced, for repeater use.
Both are reviewed for accessibility on the Active Elements site.
