please let me know how the receive is while mobile… I have a terrible time even with a good mag mount antenna, as mobile flutter sometimes drops the squelch and instead of a crackle I get a 1 to 2 second dropout. same antenna with two other radios is just fine, and if the car is stopped even the rubber duck or my diamond long duck or the mobile antenna are great. and on uhf it is fine.. my dado is not the plus though, did they improve receiver performance, or did I just get a lemon. is there any kind of service menu that anyone has found, even if it requires sighted help to access? . I log ethe little radio, but it is useless while mobile, something that saddens me because if it would receive well it would replace the need for a mobil win the car mod of the time. it's transmit performance is great and as I said sitting still it is fine too.
