You could do uit using plugins. I made a relay for my uncle when he ran
the grocery store to control some stuff. I put the relay in a junction
box with heavy wire from wall and appliance in the plugin. The coil
came out toa light cord which want to the controler. Was easy to build
and all just plugged in.
