Hi guys
Also having been blind well born with 6% sight and having to go to a normal school and struggle. I would not change what I had for a split second.
I feel I have a lot better life than most sighted and able people.
I am a leader here in the community I am in, a mentor, a teacher, a radio broadcaster, a television broadcaster and most of all seen as more able than thaw able bodied I work with.
It is only a pain in the ass if you let it be. I live with no supports apart from a blind pension.
I also do accessible formats for community and others.
