Saturday is 40 meters 7.191 give or take for QRM at 2100 UTC (4PM eastern)

Sunday is 20 meters 14.258 usually right on frequency 2100 UTC (4 pm
eastern).

We sometimes get pre-empted by big SSB contests. Local time is always
4 PM eastern and doesn't change with daylight savings time.
