on a similar note, how is the 590 for finding stuff inside? the ts2000 is impossible. I can’t even find the switch to do firmware updates. In fact, my girlfriend, also a ham, could not find it and she has almost perfect vision. from what I hear it is the size of a grain of rice. This is why I never updated the firmware since buying the radio years ago
