agreed.  What I was saying was that 50 bucks for a cable and software for 
the th f6a is silly because there is another alternative just as effective 
for far less than that.
I did say the cable and software from rt systems for the uv5r would be worth 
it if you wanted pc programming...and worth it because there is no cheap 
alternative for us as of yet.
