Just bought a braille lite millennium 20. however, when it arrived, upon turning it on, I get a prompt to enter password.

many emails to the seller have gone unanswered.  Does anyone know a procedure to reset back to default settings?
DOn't care about anything, as I have no data on it.

 help.
