RADIO SHACK AND OTHERS SELL A ROTATOR THAT WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS.  it is the 
channel master CM9521 I think is the model number.
It has a keypad so you can punch in the heading you want.
Not the worlds best rotator, but it'll work.  It's also cheap at about 115 
bucks I think.
