Hello List Mates,
Does anyone understand the current law regarding gluten-free labeling of oats in Canada? We're meeting with some Canadian buyers this week and one of them thinks it is illegal to import US grown GF oats to Canada as oats are not considered gluten-free in Canada. Someone else said that GF oats are simply re-labeled as "Pure Oats" for Canada.
I'd appreciate any info as our meeting is Friday.
Thanks,
Deb Wheaton
