Good morning Harry,
I don't know if the following suggestion will enable you too solve your
issue, But here goes. I'm wondering if maybe whether or not, That you just
might have too go into your bios settings, or maybe perhaps, your new
graphics card settings, and see if there are any settings that you might be
able too adjust for your keyboard which would make it compatible with your
screen reader, and video graphics card. The other thing that you
might want too try is too call the Microsoft's disability answer help desk,
and ask them too do a screen remote online screen sharing session. The
number is as follows 1 800 (937-5900)

Subject: [VICUG-L] no hot keys working, what do I do?
Hi all,
I'm using windows 10 and jaws 17.0.2727.
All my hot keys worked, till after I got my new graphics card installed.
Now, when I try my hot keys, none of them, work.
When I go into the properties for my programs, my folders, and my files,
all the hot keys are there in the hot key field, but they don't work
when I try them.
Anyone ever had this problem before?
Thankfully, I have icons on the desktop for all the programs, folders,
and files, but what do I do now to get them working again?
Harry
