POSITION SUMMARY
Sell Accessibility Services to new and existing corporate
customers. Work requires substantial knowledge of products and
services sold.
Essential Functions Statement(s)
-Contact regular and prospective customers to explain services,
product features, and solicit orders.
-Schedule and conduct face-to-face appointments with key decision
makers and project groups as required.
-Recommend services and/or products to customers, based on
customers' needs and interests. Propose solutions and assist
customers in justifying our services.
-Answer customers' questions about services, products, prices,
availability, and product uses.
-Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties,
and delivery dates.
-Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve
problems and to provide ongoing support.
-Identify prospective customers by using business directories,
following leads from existing clients, participating in
organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and
conferences.
-Prepare estimates and bids that meet specific customer needs.
-Proactively identify, drive and create opportunities to increase
revenue.
-Utilize top-down selling techniques to determine key decision
makers.
-Prospect within your defined territory via telephone (including
cold-calling into your accounts).
-Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors'
products, prices, and sales.
-Build ongoing relationships with key decision makers to expand
future sales opportunities within their organization.
-Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets
and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account
reports.
- Train customers' employees to operate and maintain new
equipment.
- Prepare sales contracts and order forms. Negotiate details of
contracts and payments.
- Actively participate in related conferences and seminars.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical
school): or Work Equivalent
Experience: 2 plus years of experience in working with assistive
technology products and a minimum of two years' experience in a
sales function
Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products,
email, internet, and etc.

working from home.
