Hi all,
I’m using my Mac Mini, using OS10.9 Mavericks.
I was listening to a tutorial about copying a folder and pasting it somewhere else, by Mike Origo.
Here’s what I don’t like about the Mac, unless I misunderstood it.
He copied a folder, not by highlighting the folder, and pressing command c. Instead, he found the folder, but then, he opened the folder, then, pressed command a to select all the files in the folder. He didn’t just highlight the folder, and press command c.
to me, this is so ridiculous of the Mac, to do it that way. I just want to highlight the folder, and not open it, and just press command c to copy it to the clipboard.
Am I wrong on this? Do I have to do it the way he did it?
Harry
