this is almost laughable... I really doubt that Pandora would write
such a degrading letter addressing accessibility. I am sure that this
will have to be some type of hoax or prank. I really don't think
Pandora is looking for a law suit or want to bump heads with ADA.
Whoever wrote this just has a bad sense of humor...
