What screen reader are you using? JAWS has a feature to convert the
ribbon into a more traditional menu structure. I didn't use it when I
was a JAWS user because there seemed to be some options I could get to
in the ribbon that didn't show up in the menus that JAWS presented.
If you're a JAWS user, I'd suggest the tutorials that come with JAWS on
using office and the ribbon as well as checking the documentation for
the feature to give you more traditional menus.
