I sometimes have trouble getting it to launch as well, and it is usually the
second Alt+R that seems to cause it. To over-come that I Alt Tab away from
the window and try the Alt+R again. If that doesn't work I Alt Tab again
and give it another try. It usually works after one or two tries.
Thx, Albert

Subject: Re: [VICUG-L] docuscan plus is here for scanning on the go!
Hi, everyone.
I just tried using DocuScan Plus but can't get it to work. I'm using a
Windows 7 64-bit machine with I.E. 8. The site asks me to press Enter to
begin; and then it asks me two times, a few seconds apart, to press alt-r to
continue; and then, nothing happens. Does anyone have any ideas as to what
the problem is? Is my operating system the problem?
Thanks!
Rachel
