I don't know what the complaint is as I haven't read the reciew yet, but I 
really have no complaints as far as the keypad.  There is a group of keys 
left, right, up down, the typical cross.  Above that is a row for menu and 
such and above that the tipical number pad.  The five is also marked. 
Much better layout than my ifr service monitor.
