System Access doesn't charge for upgrades, and you can use all the JAWS
keyboard commands.

I'm not sure what screen reader you are using, but JAWS gets a major update
every year. I'm also familiar with VoiceOver on the iPhone, NVDA and Orca,
all of which are updated on a regular basis as well.
