Hi Everyone,

I love that! lol.

There's nothing wrong with being silly and having
fun at the right time and with the right people.

God loves us no matter when we are silly or not.

How many of you have watched the Star Trek Next
Generation episode about the little kids playing,
and they were jumping on the beds. lol. That is
one of my favorite episodes. lol.

I still like to bounce up and down, because it's
very theraputick. Sometimes when I can't sleep at
night, I sit on the edge of my bed and bounce up
and down for about 15 minutes. lol.

Thanks much.

Many Blessings,

Pat Ferguson
