Thank you so much for all of your helpful replies. It is much appreciated.

Some of the ready made gluten free bread suggestions that I received contained yeast, so I have
eliminated them from the summary below.

Here is what I got from everyone:

EnerG White Rice Yeast Free Loaf
Barkat
Breads from Anna Yeast Free Mix
Orgran White Bread Mix – just make without the yeast. Recipe on box does not call for yeast.

Google for “yeast free dairy free gluten free bread recipe”

I have only made sweet breads yeast free (banana, pumpkin, zucchini, etc.) but for a sandwich bread I would use a recipe similar to my regular GF white bread recipe and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites at the end of the mixing. Then bake immediately since without yeast, the dough doesn't need to rise or rest.

My DIL recommended this as a white bread that did not need to be toasted.

She said she had made yeast free; gluten free; dairy free challah style bread a few years back... she recommended doing a search... said that challah dough could be baked in a loaf pan and then sliced for sandwiches...

Not Dairy free; contains cheese ... would be very low in lactose ... high in casine

I am thinking this would be so good with homemade soup and salad.

I am not sure if these will meet all of your needs, but Manini's has a great
bread mix that my grest-granddughter thinks it is the only bread (for gf).

I have used the Kinnikinnick Bread & Bun mix for years and love it. It is so easy to make. Just 3 parts mix to 2 parts water, mix for 2 1/2 to 3 min with a mixer and bake for 1 hr for a load or 30 - 35 min for sandwich buns . It is not a white white bread but more like a pale ivory/yellow. My sister makes it in a standard loaf pan but I usually make it into sandwich buns by using a straight sided muffin top pan. It is fairly economical too.
I've attached a photo of my sandwich buns (or hamburger buns) but don't be fooled by my photo. They are browner since I always add ground flax seed and toasted sesame seeds.

I have several recipes that I can share if anyone needs them, but email was too long to post them to list.

Thank you again for all of your help.
