Hello Listmates,

My son will be traveling abroad for the first time since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease. He will be making two trips. The first to London (with side trips on the weekends) throughout Europe. The second trip will be to Israel. If you have any information on the following or any hints to tips you would like to share they would certainly be most welcomed.

1. Any suggestions for snacks to take abroad since there will not always be food that is safe for him to eat

2. Any suggestions for restaurants / markets in London

3. Any suggestions for restaurants / markets in Israel

4. Any general information you wish to pass on to a celiac traveling abroad.

As always many thanks,
CJ
