Would you take a medication that contains trace amounts of gluten even though the manufacturer says that the pill itself is gluten free?

I'm having trouble finding a gluten free form of amoxicillin. The manufacturer (Apox) who normally supplies the gf capsules has temporarily run out of this medication (until December). There are other suppliers who say their product is gluten free, but in the next sentence say that there may be trace amounts in the product. I imagine this is due to lack of dedicated lines. What to do? I'd really appreciate your opinions. Thanks in advance. Will summarize.
