From a celiac and older athlete perspective (putting aside taking statins) who takes CO Q10 and how much? . I have been on 200mg for a year. It helped my workouts...and I had been on statins and will likely be on them again. But I think I need more. My workouts are intense. I need more oomph again.
I don't know any sports dietitians in south Jersey who understand celiac and interactions with meds that seniors commonly take.
