Registration Now Open for April Conference Featuring Dr. Ciarán Kelly and
Four Workshops 

Registration is now open for the Healthy Villi Spring Conference, which will
take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 28, at the Sheraton Four
Points in Norwood, MA.  Click here to register and reserve your place now!

At this Conference, hear a talk by Dr. Ciarán Kelly (pictured at left),
founder and chair of the Beth Israel Deaconess Celiac Center, while you
enjoy a gluten-free buffet lunch.

Participate in your choice of two workshops from an interesting selection:

Newly Diagnosed Workshop: Living Well on a Gluten-Free Diet, taught by Bruce
Homstead, RD and Laurie Higgins, RD

Reasons for Continued Symptoms in Celiac Disease and Updates on Food
Labeling Laws, taught by Melinda Dennis, MS, RD, LDN and Pam Cureton, RD,

Eat Well Gluten-Free: Good Gluten-Free Food for Kids and Families, taught by
Savory Living Chef Sue Levy

Happy, Healthy and Gluten-Free: Innovative Ways to Replace Gluten in Your
Diet, taught by Dr. Claudia Pillow and Chef Annalise Roberts

Many vendors will offer products for you to sample and purchase at the
Spring Conference. The Vendor Emporium will be open all day.

You will also have the opportunity to ask Dr. Rupa Mukherjee from Beth
Israel Deaconess Celiac Center and Dr. Dascha Weir from Boston Children's
