Just a few more items on the topic:

The Deland Bakery now has a dedicated gluten free kitchen which opened a year 
ago.  Great news!  


Canyon Bakehouse White Mountain bread was also recommended.  

Lastly, for anyone who is interested in their products, Food For Life seems to 
have had a bad report from the Gluten Free Watchdog in 2011.  I was not able to 
access the report as it is for subscribers only.
