Here at home I also am using Windows Live Mail under Windows 7 with
Window-Eyes 8.2. Using Outlook Express as a go-between, I was able to
import about 20,000 older messages from Outlook 2003 into it; my archive
goes back into 2005. I also keep a copy of PM Mail 98 on this computer, to
read mail going back to 1998. It would take me a while to find things, but
they are here somewhere.

Just one thing, Outlook is not a free program. Many of us don't have the
money to buy MS Office. This is why I use windows live mail 2012.

Accessing the BCC field is not difficult if you know how. You have to use
the keyboard command of alt C, which brings up a special selection which you
simply tab down to the BCC field and type in what you want or paste a list
in from you clip board, etc.
