Hi everyone! I have been celiac over 2 years now, also with acid reflux,
and I follow a strict gluten free diet. I have been eating udis gf bread
since diagnosis with no issues until recently. For some odd reason every
time I eat the bread or dinner rolls within the first bite I get horrific
heartburn. I have no clue why. I show no signs of allergy to it like hives
or wheezing, just bad heartburn. Any thoughts? Anyone have this problem
too?
