Grief is natural, but sure is hard. If we could only just turn it off and
avoid the pain, but then we'd feel like we're cheating our loved ones out of
the proof that we loved them. The thing is, they know we love them, it's
impossible for them not to know that if we're crying for them.

Just want to write you all and say thanks for all those prayers you prayed
for and with me for my dad throughout all these many years. He passed in
hospice on Saturday. It was peaceful. I won't lie though. I'm having a hard
time of it. I keep expecting him to call my name or pick up the phone when I
call their home, even though I know of the harsh reality. We were all withh
him when he stepped in to eternity.
Have a blessed day.
As Always, Vicki
