A  recent routine checkup and bloodwork showed that I may have type 
II diabetes. Several US friends tell me this can be controlled by 
diet but here in Germany my doctors do not agree. I already looked 
thru the "Items of Interest" Diabetes section but found nothing relevant.

I would appreciate any advice, hint, etc., and, of course, by those 
who do, prayer.
