Hi Listies,
Just HAD to let you know about this magnificent restaurant in Maui.  It's called the "Maui Brick Oven", and it's located in Kihei.  It's a totally GF restaurant and the staff is wonderful.  I had fish and chips, and ONION RINGS!!!  It was so delicious, and my husband had it also, and he's not GF.  They are very knowledgeable about GF, as most of their family is celiac.  Make sure you try it out if you're over there!
