Apparently back in the day when butchers cut their own meat, this piece of beef was ground to make burgers or cut into chunks for stew ( although, I would never stew it again). Grilled fast then sliced is much better way to enjoy. I should have known better. It's a tasty cut and while there's only one in the steer, it's not very expensive.
