The Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) Health and Wellness Experience on June
16th in Seattle, Washington will offer an abundance of activities such as
delicious gluten-free tastings and a diverse lecture agenda with topics from
gluten-free baking to achieving a good night's sleep. One highly important
lecture focusing on the benefits of incorporating exercise into the gluten
free lifestyle will begin at 2PM given by Nadine Grzeskowiak, RN. Nadine is
known as the Gluten Free RN and is a national expert and speaker for the
gluten free community. Her practice is based out of Corvallis, OR where she
provides private consultations and aids clients in the progression of a
gluten free diet. She was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2006 and
ultimately created her own business, RN On-Call, where she shares her
medical and personal expertise on living gluten free.

Nadine has a mission to redirect negative thoughts surrounding exercise and
to demonstrate how both exercise and nutrition are essential. She will share
unique tips on how to easily fit exercise and eating right into your daily
life. Although the lecture focuses on exercise, it is a presentation for all
who are interested in gaining knowledge about living a healthy, gluten free
lifestyle. Come join us and bring your gluten-free friends to hear Nadine
at 2PM on Saturday June 16th. More details and registration information at
