My mom has both celiac and DH.  She is 87 and her health is not good.  She was recently in the hospital and now her back has completely broken out from DH.  We are thinking she might have eaten something in the hospital with gluten.  She has been gluten free for about 15 yrs.

I went to the archives and read as much as I could but some of the info was really old.  Are there any home remedies or over the counter medications for the itch?  I doubt that she would be able to take Dapson.  

I would appreciate any help.
