Yoga and martial arts are religiously neutral.  It is good to learn martial 
arts.  Particularly for a blind person.  If we travel alone, without a 
dangerous or deadly weapon, we may be taking unnecessary risks.  Which might 
be avoided if one is proficient in the martial arts.  Yoga is a good 
physical exercise.  But, if you truly feel uncomfortable doing it there are 
other exercises which might be as effective.  To keep your body healthy and 
strong.  As for Buddhist moves.  Personally, I wouldn't know a Buddhist move 
if it came up to bite me.
