1. You can print it out and then run it through an OCR program.

2.  If you have K1000 or Open Book, you can use their virtual printer
utility to do OCR and then it will be read to you.  Result vary.
Sometimes you will get gibberish, but usually you will get something
readable.  I have also heard of web sites where you can send the image
file to them, and they'll do the conversion and send you back a text
file.
